Spiritual Programming On Our New Sabbath (S.P.O.O.N.S) is back!

SPOONS is a mid-week program that feeds the body and soul. Each week we gather on Wedesdays at 5:30pm for worship, dinner, and learning for all ages.

  • Adult learners can choose one of three classes (see below)
  • Children and youth classes are curriculum-based and assigned by age group
  • Infants and toddlers are nurtured in our nursery while their parents and siblings learn

Our weekly schedule:

Worship gathering for all ages - 5:30pm in the Sanctuary

Dinner - 5:45pm in the Fellowship Hall

Classes - 6:15pm in various locations

Adult Learning Options

  1. THE BIBLE IS AWESOME

    Created by Pastor Laurie last spring, this class is a crash course on everything you need to know to feel comfortable reading the Bible. We will explore question such as:

    • Why is the Bible so confusing?
    • What does such an old book have to tell us about life today?
  2. ECONOMY OF LOVE

    This DVD based class led by Pastor Scott will explore how we use our walltes to follow Jesus. We will explore questions such as:

    • What does it mean to have enough?
    • Ho dow we love God and our neighbor with our dollars?
  3. REAL CHRISTIANS PLAY

    You read that right, we mean "play", not "pray". Discover the connection between fun and faith! This class features an experiential and activity based way of learning. We explore questions such as:

    • Why is having fun an important part of following Jesus?
    • How can I live a life filled with joy?
